Fun with pumpkins:-)

So this weekend my parents were here, and the kids had a great time. Saturday Caleb went to the Razorback game with my dad, and Emma went to a birthday party where she had to dress up as a princess. Then today, the kids were able to carve a pumkin with my parents. Emma came running in the house asking for "clots and flies", which apparently is code for the classifieds from the newspaper. Then, once outside and poised to "carve", Emma pitched a huge fit because she got her hands dirty. This prompted my mom to throw pumkin seeds and guts on her, which really made her happy. Then an all-out pumkin flinging war commenced. They had a great time. After playing hard outside, they came in for lunch and a much-needed nap. All in all, it was a great day.
